CTRMatch.com collects opinions and personal information when people create a profile (also called our "survey"). Industry standard means will be used to insure that your personal information stays private.  Answers on the survey and responses to pictures will not be able to be viewed by other members, but members may be able to deduce some responses.

Email and Spam

Your email address is required to become a member of CTRMatch.com.  CTRMatch.com will not give your email address away to any 3rd parties.  Any email you receive as a direct or indirect result of this service will be to contact you concerning your account, to inform and encourage you to visit this website, to invite you to a local group date, or personal messages from other members.

Marking Information "Private"

CTRMatch.com allows you to decide if your email address and name are "private" or not.  Phone numbers are always "private."  "Private" indicates members will not be able to see this information.  However, your phone number and name will be given to the organizers of a group date which you sign up for.

Inappropriateness & Private Messages

We reserve the right to delete or mark "inactive" any accounts which appear to be fraudulent, joking or inappropriate in nature.  If members do not maintain the general standards of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in their profile, messages or pictures submitted, we reserve the right to delete their account.  We will not read personal messages from other members, except to ensure the proper operation of the website and to occasionally check for inappropriate or threatening messages.

Profile Information

Members will be able to view your profile.  Your profile will show your name and email (if these are not marked "private").  We will show your answers to other questions on the survey which show your personality or attributes, not including picture ratings or what type of person you are looking for.

If you submit a picture, other members will be able to view it.
